No pens day

On Friday the 30th September, the children at Maytree took part in a 'no pens' day. The whole school spent the day doing exciting activities both inside and outside using everything but a pen!

School council

Here are some pictures of our brilliant school council children. They did a survey of the children in the playground and wrote down the names of all those being responsible and doing the right thing.

Celebration assembly

At Maytree school we encourage children to be responsible and to always do the right thing. All those children that try really hard to do this get a golden ticket to be put into a prize draw.

On the 26th of July we had a special assembly where Mrs Hawkins randomly chose one girl and one boy from the tickets to win a brand new bike each.

Sports day at Mount Pleasant Junior School

On 22nd July, all of Maytree school got the chance to use the MUGA at Mount Pleasant. We had a great day trying lots of different games and competitions, with the help of some of the junior school children. Look how much fun we had!
